Basketball Recap: Hokes Bluff Takes a Loss

If Hokes Bluff was feeling good fresh off their 49-24 takedown of Ashville last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hokes Bluff Eagles fell to the Oneonta Redskins 35-30. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Hokes Bluff's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Oneonta, their win bumped their record up to 2-9.

Hokes Bluff will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Valley Head at 6:00 p.m. on December 28th. As for Oneonta, they will venture away from home to take on Ashville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
