It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lodi can now relate to. They lost 26-6 to the Ponderosa Bruins on Wednesday. The Flames' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Maddie Galatsatos threw for 69 yards and one touchdown. Lillie Bayless was her top target, picking up 70 receiving yards.

Lodi's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Ponderosa, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

Lodi does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ponderosa, they will challenge El Capitan at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Bruins 9.7, the Gauchos 8.8) so any points scored will be well earned.
