Flag Football Recap: Seaside Comes Up Short

Seaside managed to slip by North Salinas the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Spartans were beaten by the Vikings 33-0 on Wednesday. The Spartans' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it seven in a row.

Seaside's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for North Salinas, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-12.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Seaside will challenge rival Pajaro Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, North Salinas is set to square off against their familiar foe Soledad at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
