Baseball Recap: McDowell Titans vs. Enka Jets
McDowell proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by ten) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Enka Jets 6-4. The game was the first time the Titans have beaten the Jets on their field since April 7, 2022.
Kyson Rinnert was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
