Soccer Game Preview: Hebron vs. Guyer

The Hebron Hawks will head out to challenge the Guyer Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Guyer took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Hebron, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Hebron narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Marcus 2-1.

Meanwhile, Guyer fell victim to Coppell and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Cowboys, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 182nd, while the Cowboys are ranked 12th).

Hebron's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3. As for Guyer, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.

Hebron might still be hurting after the 4-0 loss they got from Guyer when the teams last played back in January. Can Hebron avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
