Basketball Game Preview: Glacier Peak Grizzlies vs. Richland Bombers

Having just played yesterday, the Glacier Peak Grizzlies will jump right back in to play the Richland Bombers at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Glacier Peak heads in on the heels of a playoff game on Friday. They took a 62-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Gonzaga Prep. The Grizzlies' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Richland faced Mount Si in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Richland simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Mount Si 75-46. The Bombers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Richland's victory bumped their record up to 25-3. As for Glacier Peak, their loss dropped their record down to 24-4.

Glacier Peak came up short against Richland when the teams last played back in March of 2024, falling 70-59. Can Glacier Peak avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
