After losing to Fort Edward the last time they met, Warrensburg decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Burgers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 13-12 victory over the Flying Forts on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Burgers.
Warrensburg now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Fort Edward, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.
As of now, neither Warrensburg nor the Flying Forts have any future games scheduled.
