With a playoff win on the line, Western Albemarle rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They walked away with a 46-39 victory over the East Rockingham Eagles. The Warriors are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 13 straight.

Western Albemarle pushed their record up to 20-4 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points over those games. As for East Rockingham, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-4.
