Basketball Recap: Saguaro Piles Up the Points Against Crismon + How To Watch

Saguaro put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their matchup with ease, bagging an 83-38 victory over the Crismon Rattlers. Given the Sabercats' advantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 23rd, while the Rattlers are ranked 145th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Saguaro's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Pierce Harrington led the charge by going 9-for-15 on his way to 22 points and three steals. The game was Harrington's third in a row with at least 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nas Hailey, who shot 69% from the field to rack up 22 points.

Saguaro's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Crismon, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Coming up, Saguaro will square off against Sahuaro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Sabercats will need to watch out since the Cougars have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Crismon, they have already played their next contest, a 62-55 victory against Peoria on the 9th.
