Basketball Recap: Alex Fedorchuk Key Part of a Team Effort in Eagles Win

There's no place like home for Wayland-Cohocton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They came out on top against the North Rose-Wolcott Cougars by a score of 54-43 on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Wayland-Cohocton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alex Fedorchuk led the charge by putting up 20 points. Cole Hanggi was another key player, posting 14 points.

Wayland-Cohocton's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for North Rose-Wolcott, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
