Volleyball Recap: DSST: Conservatory Green Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Forge Christian, DSST: Conservatory Green was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Denver West Cowboys with a sharp 3-0 win. The Hornets were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Cowboys, so the Hornets were just returning the favor.

One reason for the win was DSST: Conservatory Green's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-12, 25-10.

DSST: Conservatory Green's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-9. As for Denver West, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. DSST: Conservatory Green will square off against Rocky Mountain Prep SMART at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Denver West, they will head out to square off against Manual at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
