Baseball Recap: Gig Harbor Tides vs. Silas Rams

Gig Harbor can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. Everything went their way against the Silas Rams as the Gig Harbor Tides made off with a 10-2 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Gig Harbor.

Jake Cuda tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out seven over 4.2 innings pitched.

At the plate, Cooper McCutcheon was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Grande, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

On Silas' side, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joe Duke, who went 1-for-3 with an RBI.

Gig Harbor now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Silas, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
