Basketball Game Preview: Nebo Crossing Academy Bulldogs vs. Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles

The Nebo Crossing Academy Bulldogs will face off against the Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

After dropping their season opener at home, Pinnacle Classical Academy is headed out to face a Bulldogs squad ready to give their home crowd a win. Nebo Crossing Academy fell just short of Community Christian Academy by a score of 55-53 on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Reece Galbreath, who posted 16 points. Cade Galbreath was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Meanwhile, Pinnacle Classical Academy took a blow against Cherryville on Tuesday, falling 72-34.

Nebo Crossing Academy was taken down by Pinnacle Classical Academy 84-28 in their previous meeting back in February. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Bulldogs were down 50-16.
