Soccer Recap: Lancaster Comes Up Short

Lancaster managed to keep up with Littlerock until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Lancaster Eagles lost 3-0 to the Littlerock Lobos. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 517th, while the Lobos are ranked 11th).

This is the second loss in a row for Lancaster and nudges their season record down to 2-4-2. As for Littlerock, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Lancaster didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Knight on the 17th. As for Littlerock, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Palmdale on the 17th.
