Hudson waltzed into their match on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Stratford Tigers.
Hudson easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15.
Aspen Mullally paced Hudson's offense, picking up nine kills. Mullally got some help from Andie Burns and her 15 assists. Libby Bartz controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Hudson's victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Stratford, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-9 record this season.
Hudson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Andover on the 6th. As for Stratford, they will take on Newman Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
