Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dalton). They blew past the Coahulla Creek Colts 11-1 on Friday. Kendra Delgado was a massive factor in the win as she booted in five goals all by herself.

The win was the third in a row for Dalton, bringing their record up to 9-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those three matches. As for Coahulla Creek, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-3.

Dalton and Coahulla Creek will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Catamounts see the pitch they'll take on Northwest Whitfield at 5:30 p.m. on the 8th. As for Coahulla Creek, their break will end when they face Fort Payne at 6:00 p.m. on the 7th.
