Baseball Recap: Emmanuel Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Emmanuel Christian Academy lost against Greenon back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lions fell just short of the Knights by a score of 5-4. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gage Bradley was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those hits marked the first that he has got this season. Another player making a difference was Grayson Lisle, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases.

Emmanuel Christian Academy now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Greenon, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-11 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Emmanuel Christian Academy will welcome Legacy Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Greenon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Greeneview at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
