Baseball Game Preview: Battle Mountain Longhorns vs. Sierra Lutheran Falcons

For the second straight game, Battle Mountain will face off against Sierra Lutheran. The Longhorns will welcome the Falcons at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Battle Mountain turned things around against Sierra Lutheran on Friday. They skirted past the Falcons 3-2.

Kail Bengoa looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just two earned runs off one hit. Battle Mountain is 2-1 when Bengoa allows two or fewer hits, but 4-8 otherwise.
