Soccer Game Preview: Mountain View vs. Evergreen

The Mountain View Thunder will square off against the Evergreen Plainsmen at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mountain View will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Mountain View's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Friday. They put the hurt on Non Varsity Opponent with a sharp 3-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Mountain View, who have now won six contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Evergreen had just enough and edged out Prairie 1-0 on Tuesday. Evergreen haven't had any issues with Prairie recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Mountain View's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Evergreen, their win bumped their record up to 5-8-1.

Mountain View beat Evergreen 4-2 when the teams last played last Wednesday. Do the Thunder have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Plainsmen turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
