Basketball Game Preview: Arbor View Aggies vs. Las Vegas Wildcats

The Arbor View Aggies will head out on the road to take on the Las Vegas Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Arbor View took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 71-70 victory over Spring Valley. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Aggies have posted since January 24th.

Meanwhile, Las Vegas fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Mojave on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 80-73 to the Rattlers. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Rattlers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Arbor View now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Las Vegas, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 3-2.

Arbor View was able to grind out a solid victory over Las Vegas in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, winning 64-52. Do the Aggies have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
