Baseball Game Preview: Cimarron Rams vs. Grady Bronchos

Cimarron is 2-8 against Grady since April of 2023 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Rams are taking a road trip to square off against the Bronchos at 4:00 p.m. Cimarron has given up an average of 7.6 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Cimarron came up short against Logan on Friday, falling 17-6.

Orion Ledoux and Urijah Martinez did some serious damage despite the final result: Ledoux went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI, while Martinez went 2-for-3 with one run and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Taven Martinez, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Grady fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Magdalena on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Steers by a score of 5-4. The Bronchos haven't had much luck with the Steers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Cimarron's record is now 9-5. As for Grady, their record now sits at 9-8.

Cimarron suffered a grim 14-4 defeat to Grady in their previous meeting last Thursday. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
