Basketball Recap: Waller Comes Up Short

Waller was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 26th straight defeat. They took a 75-63 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cypress Park Tigers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 81-67 back in January.

Waller's record is now 3-30. As for Cypress Park, their victory bumped their record up to 17-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waller will square off against Cypress Woods at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Cypress Woods' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests. Cypress Park has already played their next game (against Cypress Lakes), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
