2A-2 Region II District 6 Top Player Performances of the Week

Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Brayden Loyd's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Seymour over Electra

Starting off the list is Seymour's Brayden Loyd, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Loyd threw for 229 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 125 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries. Those 125 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Loyd must have Electra's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Loyd threw for 438 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 76.3% of his passes the last time he and the Tigers duked it out back in October of 2023.
