Softball Recap: Janesville Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Janesville took a nine-run loss the last time they faced off against Hudson, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wildcats narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Pirates 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Janesville's victory bumped their record up to 8-17. As for Hudson, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season.

Janesville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hudson, they will square off against Don Bosco at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
