Baseball Recap: Prestonsburg Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Prestonsburg's offense. They lost 14-0 to the Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers on Monday.

Prestonsburg saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luke Hall, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Prestonsburg's loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-22. As for Pleasure Ridge Park, the win keeps they at an undefeated 36-0.

Looking ahead, Prestonsburg will square off against Paintsville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pleasure Ridge Park, they will take on Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
