Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Logan Peters and Isaac Arterburn Lead Heritage Christian to Victory

There's no place like home for Heritage Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They secured a 59-53 W over the Park Tudor Panthers on Tuesday. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 68-59 loss the last time these two teams met.

Heritage Christian was led to victory by Isaac Arterburn and Logan Peters. Arterburn to rack up 18 points and five boards, while Peters made all 5 shots he took for 14 points and seven rebounds. Arterburn's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. Aidan Lyon was another key player, putting up four points and six boards.

Heritage Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in three consecutive matchups.

Heritage Christian pushed their record up to 8-13 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points over those games. As for Park Tudor, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.
