Calvert extended their road winning streak to five games  thanks to a huge performance from  Gavin Wagner. Everything went the Calvert Senecas' way against the Danbury Lakers on Saturday as the Calvert Senecas made off with  a  65-40 victory thanks to  Wagner, who  dropped  a double-double with 22 points and 13  rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to  field goal percentage, as he's  posted one of at least 45% in the last 17 games he's  played.
 Another player making a difference was  Logan Demoss, who  went 6-for-10  en route to 16  points and five  boards. What's more,  he also posted a 50%  three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's  achieved since back in December of 2024.
Calvert is  on a roll lately: they've  won 14 of their last 15 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record  this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 63.1 points over those games. As for Danbury, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost 11 of their last 12 contests,  which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calvert will head out to  take on New Riegel  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Danbury, they will face off against Plymouth at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday.
