St. Thomas More had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Cavaliers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-6, 25-19.

St. Thomas More's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Lead-Deadwood, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.
