After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Glide, Oakland was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 13-9 win over the Glendale Pirates. The high-scoring effort was just what the Oakers needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Tanner Swearingen was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
