Volleyball Recap: Marmion Comes Up Short

Marmion lost to Wheaton Academy back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cadets fell 2-0 to the Warriors. The Cadets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Marmion may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 19 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19.

Marmion's loss dropped their record down to 6-25. As for Wheaton Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marmion will take on St. Laurence at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wheaton Academy, they will welcome Illinois Math & Science Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
