Columbia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 35th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 72-36 loss at the hands of the Mid-Carolina Rebels. One positive for the Capitals, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Mid-Carolina, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-12.

While Columbia had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
