VIDEO: Roswell's game-winning Hail Mary against Grayson

Roswell earned a berth in the GHSA 6A final with a wild touchdown with just seconds remaining.

It looked as if Grayson (Loganville, Ga.) was destined for a showdown with Colquitt County (Moultrie, Ga.), the state's top-ranked team, in the GHSA Class 6A finals. It led Roswell (Roswell, Ga.), 26-23, with less than a minute to play.

Then A.J. Smith happened.

The 6-foot-1, 175-pound senior somehow got behind the Grayson defense and hauled in a desperation fling from quarterback Quintarius Neely for a 50-yard touchdown with 11 seconds left.

The amazing catch lifted Roswell to a stunning 30-26 victory.

Now it will be Roswell, not Grayson, facing Colquitt County in a battle of unbeaten teams for the Class 6A title.
