Football Recap: Salesianum Comes Up Short

Salesianum made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Malvern Prep, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Sallies fell just short of the Friars by a score of 17-14 on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Sallies in their meetings with the Friars: they've now lost three in a row.

Salesianum now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Malvern Prep, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Salesianum will challenge Sussex Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Malvern Prep, they will square off against Gonzaga at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
