Preview: Oldham-Ramona/Rutland vs. DeSmet
Oldham-Ramona/Rutland will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against DeSmet at 7:00 PM. Neither Oldham-Ramona/Rutland nor DeSmet could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-43, which was the final score in Oldham-Ramona/Rutland's tilt against Elkton/Lake Benton MN last Friday.
Meanwhile, DeSmet took a serious blow against Arlington/Lake Preston last week, falling 0-48.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better score. Hopefully the teams can find a way to make up for their last outings by putting some points on the board this time.
