Basketball Recap: Billingsley Comes Up Short

After soaring to 66 points the game before, Billingsley was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They were dealt a 60-23 loss at the hands of the Marion Rams. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 42-31 back in December of 2024.

Billingsley's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Marion, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Billingsley has already played their next contest (against Maplesville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Marion has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Selma.
