Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask High Tech CV). Everything went their way against the Bonsall Legionnaires on Friday as they made off with a 19-9 win. With that victory, the Bruins brought their scoring average up to 6.6 runs per game.

High Tech CV got a massive performance out of Sural Yegin, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave Yegin a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Andre Skiles, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple.

High Tech CV always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .622. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

High Tech CV's win bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Bonsall, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.

Looking ahead, High Tech CV will welcome Ocean View Christian at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bonsall, they will face off against High Tech SD at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Legionnaires' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Storm have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season.
