William Byrd has won nine straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Pulaski County has won nine straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Wednesday. The Terriers will welcome the Cougars at 5:00 p.m.

William Byrd might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 8-2 to Brookville, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Meanwhile, while Pulaski County put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Patrick Henry. The Cougars were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Patriots. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

William Byrd has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season. As for Pulaski County, their victory bumped their record up to 14-4.
