Softball Game Preview: York Suburban Trojans vs. Eastern York Golden Knights

The York Suburban Trojans will take on the Eastern York Golden Knights at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. York Suburban has given up an average of 8.2 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

York Suburban lost 18-3 to Spring Grove on Friday. The match marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Eastern York sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 win over West York Area on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Golden Knights in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

Eastern York's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for York Suburban, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.
