Volleyball Recap: Meade County Triumphs

Meade County won the last time they faced Henderson County and things went their way on Saturday too. The Green Waves walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Colonels.

Meade County can attribute much of their success to Ella Clanton, who had 11 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Clanton has posted over her last five contests.

Meade County's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Henderson County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-3.

Meade County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Daviess County on the 30th. As for Henderson County, they will take on Crittenden County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
