Seneca Valley is 1-9 against Northwest since September of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Screamin' Eagles will host the Jaguars at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
On Friday, Seneca Valley was able to grind out a solid victory over Walter Johnson, taking the game 20-13. The win continues a trend for the Screamin' Eagles in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won three in a row.
Kenny Lennon had a dynamite game, throwing for 236 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.2 yards per attempt, and also punching in one TD on the ground.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northwest). They blew past Gaithersburg, posting a 37-7 victory. The Jaguars' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Seneca Valley was dealt a bruising 42-6 loss at the hands of Northwest when the teams last played back in November of 2024.
