Basketball Game Preview: Green Bulldogs vs. Perry Panthers

Perry will be up against a hot Green team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. Green walked away with a 56-46 victory over Lake on Wednesday. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 15th, while the Blue Streaks are ranked 287th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Perry hadn't done well against McKinley recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Perry came out on top against McKinley by a score of 64-54. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Green pushed their record up to 15-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points per game. As for Perry, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
