Cheltenham scaled the state rankings by moving to 259 from 286 this week, the biggest jump in Suburban One - American. The Panthers climbed the ranks as a result of topping Abington 35-34.
Cheltenham led the league in scoring this week by notching 35 points on the Galloping Ghosts.
Upper Dublin's John Derr and Ryan Siwinski led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Derr has thrown for 1,333 yards this season, while Siwinski has 46 catches for 653 yards. Jequan Mitchell from Upper Merion Area leads the league in rushing with 1,347 yards.
In 148 carries Brian Afflick has put up 915 yards this year.
Joe Gro's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 6,059 from 6,633. The advance stemmed from a 35-34 victory over Abington last week.
