Basketball Recap: New Haven Takes a Loss

New Haven was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the St. Clair Saints, falling 67-12. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 561st, while the Saints are ranked 217th).

New Haven's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for St. Clair, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

New Haven will face off against Center Line at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. New Haven is facing Center Line at the right time seeing as Center Line is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for St. Clair, they will square off against Fraser at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
