Kickapoo is a perfect 4-0 against Republic since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Chiefs will be playing at home against the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Kickapoo's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over Waynesville. Kickapoo haven't had any issues with Waynesville recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Republic came tearing into Tuesday's game with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Eagles as they made off with a 5-0 win. Give Republic's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Kickapoo's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five matches. As for Republic, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.

Kickapoo skirted past Republic 2-1 in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Will the Chiefs repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
