With a playoff win on the line, Mesa rose to the challenge on Thursday. They secured a 43-38 W over the Red Mountain Mountain Lions. The victory continues a trend for the Jackrabbits in their matchups with the Mountain Lions: they've now won three in a row.

Red Mountain's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Macy Johnson, who posted ten points and three steals, and Korey Roberts, who shot 55% from the field to rack up 12 points and six rebounds. Roberts has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.
