Ralston is a perfect 8-0 against Plattsmouth since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rams will look to defend their home pitch against the Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. Plattsmouth took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Ralston, who comes in off a win.

Ralston gave up the first goal last Monday, but they didn't let that get them down. They had just enough and edged out Beatrice 2-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Ralston as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Sophie Bowyer was the driving force of Ralston's attack as she scored both of Ralston's goals, bringing her season total up to three goals.

Meanwhile, Plattsmouth fell victim to Blair and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bears, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Plattsmouth can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska soccer rankings (they are ranked 53rd, while Blair are ranked sixth).

Ralston's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Plattsmouth, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Ralston took their victory against Plattsmouth in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 5-0 score. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Blue Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
