Basketball Recap: Ethan Morris' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Williamsburg Academy over Carolina Academy

Williamsburg Academy lost against Carolina Academy back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Williamsburg Academy Stallions fell 53-43 to the Carolina Academy Bobcats. The Stallions' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Williamsburg Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ethan Morris, who posted 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of William Caulder, who scored 13 points.

Williamsburg Academy now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Carolina Academy, their victory ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7.

Williamsburg Academy and Dillon Christian will face off at 7:25 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. As for Carolina Academy, they and Lee Academy will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
