Soccer Recap: Loganville Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Loganville Christian Academy lost against Lakeview Academy back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Loganville Christian Academy took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lakeview Academy. While losing is never fun, Loganville Christian Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 279th, while Lakeview Academy is ranked 51st).

This is the second loss in a row for Loganville Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 3-5. As for Lakeview Academy, they pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Loganville Christian Academy will square off against George Walton Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. George Walton Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Loganville Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lakeview Academy, they will face off against Rabun Gap-Nacoochee at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
