Volleyball Recap: North Georgia Homeschool Falls Despite Big Games from ASHLEY MURRILL and LEXI SIKORSKI

North Georgia HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the River Christian Royals, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in August.

While North Georgia HomeSchool ultimately came up short, they really made River Christian work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-17, 25-23.

LEXI SIKORSKI and ASHLEY MURRILL certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. SIKORSKI had seven aces, while MURRILL had three aces.

North Georgia HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for River Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.

As of now, neither North Georgia HomeSchool nor the Royals have any future games scheduled.
