Soccer Recap: Bothell Comes Up Short

Bothell and Woodinville squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Bothell had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 2-1. If Bothell were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Woodinville when the teams met back in March of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Bothell's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Woodinville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

Coming up, Bothell will be playing at home against Lake Washington at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Woodinville, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Bothell/Inglemoor on the 1st.
